Change in TLS configuration on 1.12.2015 12:00 (German time)

Dear Fidor API users, we hereby would like to inform you about a planned change in the TLS configuration of the main API servers. This will be done to improve consistency and security. Fidor at “Hack Make the Bank London” @ Level39 over the 7th and 8th of November 2015.

Planned downtime on October 24th/25th, 2015, 11.00 pm-00.30 am German time

Dear Fidor API customers, we hereby would like to inform you about a planned downtime of all our services which starts in the late evening of October 24th at 11.00 pm and takes about 90 minutes. During this time period, none of our APIs will be reachable + you will not have the possibility to access your account via the web front-end. The downtime is due to a database update which requires a full downtime to avoid redundant database access. API updates and changes to the Application Manager

Today we will deploy some changes to the API and the Application manager. We do this in order to fix a couple of bugs,  improve UX and reflect recent changes to the product Fidor range (e.g. introduction of the smart card). In addition we are preparing for upcoming new API endpoints we will announce in a extra posting. There will be no downtime, all applications will continue to work. The Fidor APIs will be not available during this time. Neue API Produktseite im Fidor Portal [German]

Kürzlich haben wir das Fidor-Portal www.fidor.de neu gelauncht und präsentieren und nun im frischen Look mit vielen zusätzlichen Informationen über die Bank und unsere Leistungen. Für viele unserer Geschäftskunden (und einige Privatkunden) sind die APIs natürlich auch ein wichtiger Grund bei der Fidor zu sein.
