Can't connect after not working with Sandbox for a while

Hello,

I have a SandBox and I was able to connect.
Now, I receive an error 500 with “We’re sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.” I have no logs in my App, though.

If I retrieve the token in the Application Manager – than I can connect and work with account
